Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NOVASPARK ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. NOVASPARK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

§ 02

Service Description

NOVASPARK V5 is a WhatsApp bot hosting platform that provides:

  • Multi-bot session management and deployment infrastructure
  • A coin-based economy for resource allocation
  • Admin dashboard and panel bot management tools
  • Bot logs, monitoring, and recovery features
  • Custom bot upload and integration support
§ 03

Account Rules

  • You must be 13 years or older to create an account
  • One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Keep your credentials secure; do not share your password
  • Admin credentials are strictly confidential and must be changed before deployment
§ 04

Coin Economy

NOVASPARK uses a virtual coin system to manage resource allocation. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • 5 coins are awarded on account creation
  • 2 free coins are claimable once per day
  • 5 coins = 2 days of bot runtime per session
  • VIP server tier requires 200 coins
  • Referral bonuses: 5 coins per successful referral
Coins are platform credits only. NOVASPARK is not responsible for any loss of coins due to account termination, service interruption, or violation of these terms.
§ 05

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NOVASPARK for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including:

  • Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or harassment via your bot
  • Violating WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security
  • Distributing malware, phishing content, or harmful code
  • Impersonating other users, organizations, or official entities
  • Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
§ 06

Bot Conduct

When hosting bots on NOVASPARK, you are solely responsible for:

  • All messages sent by your bot and any resulting consequences
  • Compliance with WhatsApp Business Policy and API terms
  • Ensuring your bot does not engage in harassment or illegal activity
  • The security and content of any custom bot code you upload
§ 07

Data & Privacy

NOVASPARK stores minimal data required to operate the service, including usernames, hashed passwords, session configurations, and bot logs.

  • Bot logs are retained for 7 days after deletion for recovery purposes
  • User logs are limited to 20 minutes visible; admins may access full logs
  • Data is not sold or shared with third parties
§ 08

Limitation of Liability

NOVASPARK, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Service interruptions, downtime, or loss of data
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
  • Termination of your account for violations of these terms
§ 09

Termination

NOVASPARK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting an administrator.
